For instance, your program comes with a comprehensive Help menu. This and our user’s guide are written by a professional technical writer to ensure quality and accuracy.
Finally, LuAnn provides a presence for you, the user. She ensures you have a visual reference in her Getting Started DVD and Boulevard Extras DVDs. Extras give you the extra edge, tying your business to Boulevard software and offering tips of the trade to enhance what you’re already doing. Not only does she record these DVDs periodically, she spends many months out of the year traveling to your city to provide comprehensive three hour training sessions, digging deep into Boulevard’s functionality.
