Meet our staff

I want to tell you how happy I am with the technical staff of Main Street Software. I recently purchased Avenue for BlackBerry and  after I got it on my device, I was unable to get rid of the keyboard (I have the Storm) which kept me from utilizing all the tasks. I was very frustrated and wanted to just throw out the whole thing and buy another PDA. Matthew tried to help and was unable to get it to work. Even though it was a BlackBerry issue, Matthew went out of his way to find the solution and now my Avenue works like a dream. I have been showing my consultants and they are amazed. Matthew wouldn’t let it go. Just when I gave up, I was surprised to see Main Street light up on my caller ID on Monday and it was Matthew.  Thanks for not giving up! I know he was excited as I was!

I also want to thank Lara and Christy, who helped me get it on the BlackBerry to begin with.  Thanks for dealing with my frustration and lack of computer savvy.

I did my first data sync today and it worked like a charm. You guys are awesome. I have recommended Boulevard to lots of consultants and now I can recommend this as well. Thank you so much again.

For this reason, our customer service agents are located in the US, have consistent hours that you can rely on, and will assist you with your Boulevard software for the lifetime of its use. Some days we even have bilingual (in Spanish) representatives available, too.

Not only are our representatives Boulevard experts, but they know your business, too. Some are consultants, and those who aren’t go through our version of Mary Kay boot camp so they are just as knowledgeable about trends, practices, and products. MK BootcampOur office is available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm Pacific Time. You can call or email and we’ll respond as quickly as possible. Additional help is offered, too. For instance, your program comes with a comprehensive Help menu. This and our user’s guide are written by a professional technical writer to ensure quality and accuracy.

Main Street Software DVDsFinally, LuAnn provides a presence for you, the user. She ensures you have a visual reference in her Getting Started DVD and Boulevard Extras DVDs. Extras give you the extra edge, tying your business to Boulevard software and offering tips of the trade to enhance what you’re already doing. Not only does she record these DVDs periodically, she spends many months out of the year traveling to your city to provide comprehensive three hour training sessions, digging deep into Boulevard’s functionality.

shineonThis year Main Street Software, Inc. staff attended both the Canadian and US Seminars and enjoyed meeting new customers, catching up with those who have been with us, and making new friends.

As is usual, we could hardly beat the heat in Dallas and attendees were happy to shop, sit a spell in our booth, and enjoy a demonstration of Boulevard. Customer Service Manager, Kennedy, attended in Dallas along with long-time customer, Betty, and Customer Service Representatives Christy and Tami. Boulevard 2010 was on display as we showed how to export orders to the online ordering system (US only), import beauty profile information, track bank deposits made, and manage money with the Business Tracking Register.

Attendees who stopped by and saw us received an extra entry in the Win LuAnn for a Day contest and took away a goodie bag complete with every woman’s best friend – chocolate! Canadians were treated to a special class with LuAnn followed by a day to stop by and get questions asked or see demonstrations. We are so excited to be able to attend these events and bring the customer service we are known for to you!
