Service Release 3 is available for your Boulevard software. If you’re currently running Boulevard 2011, login to our website to view detailed instructions and download the release. If you would prefer to install from a CD, you can contact our office to receive one for the cost of shipping and handling.
Not sure what version you’re running? Follow these steps:
- Open Boulevard.
- Click on Help then About Blvd (last option).
Your version will be listed at the top of the box. If your version is Boulevard 2010 or previous, feel free to contact us regarding an upgrade.
A Service Release is a mini-upgrade to your software. In this SR, we have made a couple of changes, the most important being a new Login to ProPay button in the Credit Receivables. Clicking this button will save you a step in logging into ProPay to submit charges using their new Virtual Terminal ProtectPay product. According to ProPay,
“Secure Card Storage Virtual Terminal ProtectPay™ is a product that will be included with your account that will allow you to securely store your customer’s credit cards making reorders a snap!”
Once your charge is processed, don’t forget to check the transaction fee amount so you can enter into your expenses in Boulevard!
Service Release 3 is the first step toward integrating with ProPay again. In recent communication ProPay’s inner circle, we learned they hope to begin working on integration with Boulevard after the February 1 launch of ProtectPay integration with your Premium ProPay account.
