You can access and update your information by logging into our website using the email address and password we have on file for you. Not sure what your password is? Your password can be emailed to you. If you’re not sure what email address we have on file for you, feel free to contact us directly.
Once logged in, click on the My Account icon. There are two areas – Personal Information and Products/Services & Auto Renewals. Under Personal Information, you can edit your mailing address, phone numbers, email address, and credit card information.
Under Products/Services & Auto Renewals, My Account will tell you the last upgrade version of Boulevard you’ve purchased and what the most current version released is. Additionally, you can confirm your status with the premium Product Update Service and Handheld Maintenance. Make any necessary changes to your account information and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
